Patron Services Team Members – The Public Theater seeks motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Patron Services Team at performances and events. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a very part-time job or who would like to be paid for the pride and joy they find in being a part of the theater community! Members of our Patron Services Team are employees of The Public Theater of San Antonio, though the time commitment is limited to performances and events (largely evenings and weekends). Currently, Team Members are asked to select their own shifts from those available, allowing for extreme flexibility in each employee’s work schedule. Team Members are trained to serve as Bartenders, Ushers, Box Office Attendants, and House Managers, and are able to serve in any or all of these capacities, pending availability of shifts and desire/availability of the individual. *Patron Services Team Members are required to hold a TABC seller/server permit. Those who are hired without this permit will be required to obtain one at The Public Theater’s cost.

Please note: The Public Theater is promoting a fully vaccinated workforce for its 2022–23 Season. All employees will be required to show proof of full vaccination prior to start date and may be required to undergo weekly testing.
