New subscribers can purchase 2022-23 season tickets beginning April 25th, 2022. Please visit our subscriptions page to purchase.
Season Subscription Renewals
This season we are offering 50% off your seats during our designated renewal period from Monday, March 28th through Sunday, April 17th.
This discount is exclusively offered to our renewing subscribers this season. After April 17th, your seats will no longer be held and sales will open to the general public. Additionally, your discounted rate of 50% will no longer be available (after that date). Before our renewal period begins for the 2022-2023 season, take a minute to learn how to renew your tickets easily via our new online patron portal! This portal will allow you ease of access to your account information, such as changing your address or managing donations, without having to email or call the theater in order to do so. If renewing online isn’t your preference, you can always call the box office to allow us to assist you anytime Monday – Friday, between 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM. If you would like to make package or seat changes to your new subscription, you must call the box office to do so.
Below, you will find step by step instructions on how to access your account. PLEASE NOTE – If you have purchased individual tickets online during the current 21/22 season, you may have created a new account that is NOT linked to your subscription. Please follow these steps to ensure that your account is correctly attached to your subscription or you will NOT be able to renew online. Renewals will open MONDAY, MARCH 28th AT 9:00 AM.
Setting Up Your Account
On the portal login setup, you will see two boxes. Bypass the first box (login ID) and input your email address in the box that reads “ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS” (To access the patron profile your subscription is linked to, your login email has to be the same as the account you received our renewal notice from.) Mark the bubble beneath that indicates you are a “NEW CUSTOMER”. Press “CONTINUE”.
A message will pop up above the login that indicates you already have a profile with us, but the only way to set your chosen password is through the link in this message that reads “PLEASE CLICK HERE TO HAVE A CREATE PASSWORD EMAIL SENT”.
The first time you login, a password setup email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to add your password and then follow this link to our ticketing homepage. This link will lead you to our ticketing home page, different from the portal setup page. On the top right corner of the screen, there is a login button. Use your new login information to access your renewal.
Once you are signed in, click your name on the top right to reveal a drop down menu and go to “MY ACCOUNT”. From that page, there should be a banner alert telling you to “CLICK HERE TO PAY FOR RENEWALS”. Once you have confirmed the packages you would like to renew, click “ADD TO CART” to enter your payment info and complete your transaction.
We are thrilled to be bringing shows back to The Cellar Theater in the 2022-2023 season! Due to the seating capacity of the space, we will no longer include Cellar productions in season subscriptions. However, as a renewing subscriber you may opt to “add on” any Cellar tickets at the same 50% reduced rate during the renewal period.
**Tickets for subscribers are limited and once capacity is reached during the renewal period , tickets can not be purchased until we open sales to the general public at the beginning of the 22-23 season.**
