In FY20 (April), The Public Theater of SA board adopted a Strategic Plan that included EDIA (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) language.
Now, under new leadership as of Fall 2021, The Public Theater is continuing to asses company practices and culture, and make strategic decisions to encourage a brave and safe creative community while representing the wonderful diversity in San Antonio.
