Our lobby doors open one hour prior to the start of the show. This is the perfect time to enjoy a beverage or snack while you wait for the curtain to rise!
When you arrive to the entrance of the theater. Simply approach with your printed or e-ticket. Our staff will check you in, and you can head to your seat as noted in your ticket. If you’re not sure which door to go to, please check your email for your seat row and number or check in with a San Pedro Playhouse staff member and they can locate that information for you.
Intermission typically lasts 15 minutes, making it the ideal restroom break or snack refresh time.
We share our parking lot with San Pedro Springs Park, so it can be rather full at times. If you are unable to find parking in the lot, street parking can be found in various areas along the perimeter of San Pedro Springs Park or within the surrounding neighborhoods.

Many of our shows have an intermission, typically 15 minutes long, and a break between acts. During this time, you can use the bathroom, grab a snack, and stretch your legs before the show continues.
Yes. Please bring or print your e-ticket. We can also look you up by your last name as a last resort.
The theatre opens for seating approximately 30 minutes before show time. However, due to production needs, doors may be open later such as 15 minutes before the show begins.
The main lobby doors open 1-hour prior to show time.
No Late Seating in the Classic Theatre: Once the performance begins, there will be no late seating in the Classic Theatre.
Limited Late Seating in the Russell Hill Rogers Theater: Once the performance begins, late seating is not guaranteed. There may be limited late seating options, and patrons may need to wait in the lobby for extended periods of time before a team member may be able to get them to their seats.
Ticket Release: At show time, all unclaimed tickets will be released to walk-up patrons on a first-come, first-served basis.

Across from the parking lot, San Pedro Park offers a picturesque backdrop for pre-show photos. The charming gazebo within the park also makes for a stunning setting, ideal for engagement photoshoots and capturing memorable moments.
If you are eating near by we recommend making dinner reservations for 5:00 and making sure to let your server know you have somewhere to be at 7. That way you are not rushing to the theater.
